We said we’d check in once a week.
That lasted one day.

Now we’re talking almost daily.
Not because we planned to
But because things are moving faster than i thought be honest..
and we’re still figuring it out.

Some days we’re solving real problems.
Other days it’s just:
“Are we doing the right thing?”
“Should we pivot?”
“Do we even ship this?”

Daily calls with Noel, somehow keeping this whole thing moving.

This isn’t some perfectly mapped out journey.
It’s just two people trying to build something that matters to the people around us.
One small decision at a time.

Not sure if we’re doing it right.
But it feels like progress team.
