Yes. I build for sole practitioners, 2–5 person studios, and firms of 10–20 staff. The system scales cleanly.

Yes - if you need migration, I can handle it for you at an additional cost. Notion is easy to use, and the templates within your custom framework are already set up so you can start using them for new projects straight away. But if you want your current projects, clients, or phases brought across, I can do that too.
