We got a bit ahead of ourselves..

This is Noel working on two projects at once.
One of them could be a game changer..
But it’s big. Complex. Not quick to ship.

The other’s much simpler.
It solves a real problem, and people get it straight away.

We tried running them side by side
But it spread us too thin.

So we’ve made the call:
We’re putting the bigger build on pause,
and focusing on shipping the smaller one first.

Not sure if it’s the perfect move.
But we need momentum.
And we need revenue.

Just sharing where we’re at right now.
