I’ve been unlearning a lot lately.
What a studio needs to look like..
What “success” actually means.
Where the real value sits.
Some of what I believed a few years ago doesn’t hold true for me anymore. AI helps. It speeds things up. It takes some of the weight out of the technical work.
Thats useful. But it’s not the work.
The work is listening. Making sense of messy inputs. Helping people feel confident about decisions that really matter.
That part hasn’t changed.
Lately, I’ve been more comfortable moving at a slower pace. When you start unlearning things.. It usually means something new is taking shape.
