2025 was a good kick in the ass.

Not in a bad way.
Just the kind that forces you to look at what you’re actually doing.

I didn’t lose my way.
I wanted to try different types of work.. different roles.. different rhythms.. before making the call.

I tested the conventional path in 2023 and 2024.. the shiny one.
I gave it a real go.

And.. it was a great experience.
Plenty of learnings.
I’m proud of how I showed up.

But it didn’t feel right for me long term.

2025 was burn the boats and figure it out.

And truthfully.. I don’t have it all figured out yet.

But I’ve got a north star to aim toward.

Letting go of stable income wasn’t easy of course..
But taking responsibility again was worth it.

I’m just out here writing a cool story.

2025 was a bloody good reminder team.

Do things my way.
Even when it’s harder.
