Just a dad trying to figure it out.

Just a dad trying to figure it out.

That’s how our chat started.

Not a coaching call.
Not a business strategy session.
Just a dad sharing where hes at.. full-time work, kids, late nights, and the quiet pressure of wanting more.

He’s done the hours, and i mean alot of hours over the years. He’s carried projects start to finish.
But the pay’s capped. The recognitions' missing (still amazes me how firm owners cant see this)
The dream of doing his own thing won’t shut up.

He wasnt asking for hype.
He was asking, “How did you start? What actually worked?”

Far what a privilege team

To share what I’ve learnt.. even though ive got a lot more to learn.
To be the person I didn’t have when I started.

I told him straight:
Starting a business didn’t give me more time or money at first.
But it gave me ownership.
And that was enough for me to grow into more.

So if you’re reading this and you’re in that same spot.. balancing family, bills, self-doubt, and a calling to go out on your own…

You’re not alone.

And you’re not crazy.. (yet lol)

Keep going.

Funny how the posts I don’t want to share are the ones that seem to do well.
