I set the call up as a casual catch-up.

Sneaky i know..

But the truth is.. I wanted to know if he was actually using the Notion system I built for his architecture practice.

And bro.. he was.

He wasn’t dabbling.
He wasn’t “checking it out”.
He was knee-deep in it, proper fully integrated into his day-to-day and making his own improvements on top of it.

And the best part?

We ended up fleshing out a new feature together right there on the call.

Thats the stuff i like.

When someone takes your system and turns it into the backbone of how they work.. it stops being a "template".

It becomes infrastructure.
