The other day, my son Winsor was going on about Lambos.
He’s five, almost 6.. lives and breathes cars.
Telling me how fast they are, what they are..

Then he reminded me..
“Did you know the first Lamborghini was a tractor?”

And he was right.
That hit me.

Because Northstar started the same way.. small, useful, simple.
Just a tool to collect a design brief.

I built it to solve one small problem.
A clean way for clients to share what they want.. without the back-and-forth.

But the deeper we went, the clearer it got.
The brief was just the surface.
The real opportunity was underneath.

How we onboard.
How we automate.
How we connect the dots between people, projects, and process.

Northstar isn’t a tool anymore.
It’s becoming the backbone of a better way to run an architecture practice.

And yeah.. it started as a brief.
So did every great project.
