Weekly update from the "build in public" trenches..

Thought we could do it all.. custom builds, core product, everything at once.

Turns out we’re not superhuman.

So we pulled back, reset focus, and made a few key moves:

• Noel’s been deep in Project Brain / The logic engine behind everything smart we want to build. Harder than expected. But critical.

• We've been turning the brief tool into a proper product / It’s lean, solves a clear problem, and we can ship it fast. We need revenue.

• Made the call: brief tool ships first / Custom builds are on hold till we’ve got momentum and money coming in.

• Built out the Northstar landing page / Refined the visuals, played with animations, tested icons, cleaned up the vibe. Starting to feel sharp.

That’s the play this week.
