Last week, Lance and Al from Inside the Firm / F9 Productions reviewed Northstar's Brief tool live on their podcast.

WTF 😂

I’ve been listening to these guys for years, so watching them dive into something I built.. without even knowing they were going to was unreal.

Honestly, it was a weird feeling.

They gave some awesome feedback, pointed out things I hadn't thought of, and their live reactions sparked a bunch of new ideas for how to improve the tool.

There's something different about watching someone use your product live.

You see the pauses.

The confusion.

The excitement.

It hits different.
