Every architecture firm we talk to says the same thing..

Every architecture firm we talk to says the same thing..
“I just want one place where everyone knows what’s going on.”

But the catch?
They all work a bit differently..

So we’re building a bespoke system for a client right now.. designed to hold everything in one place and use automation to actually make life easier, not harder..

It’s not called Project Brain, but that’s basically what it is..

Client info, scope, fees, tasks, files, QA tools.. all stored in one system..
Different portals for different people..
Clients log in and do and see what they need to..
Builders get what they need themselves..
Designers + Architects don’t get stuck in the middle..
Director sees it all.

We’re automating the boring simple sh*t, so the info flows automatically..
Enter something once.. like the site address and it flows through to the fee proposal, the brief, the task list, the CODW etc
No double-handling is the goal.

To be honest, the custom tool kinda sounds like a dumb idea lol..

But it also feels like the exact problem we should be solving..
And we’re learning fast by doing..
